PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via UPS and USPS. Tracking information is provided with every order via email once your package has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mostwantedpeps.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
