REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer's remorse.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@mostwantedpeps.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to investigate. MostWantedPeps is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
